This 500m2 home is spread over three levels and consists of a precast basement, living/dining space, three bedrooms, bathroom, ensuite, separate WC, garaging for eight cars, a large study, and separate laundry.

Challenges included the site being on State Highway Six which required extensive traffic management and careful consideration of the staging of the works. Piles needing to be drilled 4.5 metres into the rockface presented a further challenge that was successfully met, along with digging beside an existing home for the precast panels.

Successes were the staging of precast installation to work with the traffic management requirements, the project management role we performed at the client’s request, and the overall project delivery exceeding our client's expectations.
