A design and build 3000 m2 truck repair centre situated on a 7000 m2 site. The project consisted of concrete floors with multiple truck pits, structural steel, colorsteel roofing with a 30 metre span, a mezzanine floor, and an 800 m2 office suite separated from the workshop with fire-rated walls.

Project challenges included building a pond for the stormwater system, the tidal inundations zone, overhead lines requiring set out 20m from, and working with a remote client.

Successes include working collaboratively with the client and architect during the design period to produce a workable design within their budget and timeframe.
