​Specialised Structure BBQ Promo Terms & Conditions

1. By partaking in this Specialised Structures Promotion (Promotion), each Specialised Structures customer (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

2. The Promoter is Fitzgerald Construction Limited T/A Specialised Structures Tasman & Specialised Structures Christchurch, Address: 7 Boxman Place, Stoke, Nelson.

3. This Promotion is only limited to structures sold in the Nelson/Tasman/Marlborough /Christchurch and North Canterbury area

4. The Promotion: Each new Specialised Structures building contract signed for a steel structured Specialised Structures building with a minimum contract value of $5,000 (excl. GST), will be eligible to receive one free Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue (Prize).

5. The Prize excludes any accessories or items that may be required for its use.

6. The period for this Promotion (Promotion Period) is between Sunday 15th of September and Thursday 31st of October 2024. Only entries received by the closing date specified for the Promotion will be accepted.

7. To be eligible for entry into the Promotion entrants must sign a new building contract for a steel structured Specialised Structures building and have made final payment for the building within 12 months of signing the contract.

8. This contract must be signed by both the entrant and either Specialised Structures Tasman or Specialised Structures Christchurch. Failure to complete the entry process correctly will result in the entrant being unable to receive a Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue.

9. For kitset supply projects, dispatch of the Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue will occur once final payment has been made in full and confirmed by Specialised Structures. To be eligible for the Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue, final payment must be made within 12 months of signing the contract.

10. To be eligible to receive one free Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue, a minimum contract value of $5,000 (excl. GST) applies.

11. The Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue will be delivered to the customer on completion of their Specialised Structure building being built (completion will be identified by the Specialised Structures Project Manager) and paid in full within 12 months of signing the contract.

12. In the event that the Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative Prize.

13. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, theft, forgery, or damage associated with the Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N).

14. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this Promotion will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.

15. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the Promotion (including the Prize) at any time at its sole discretion. Any award of the Weber® Baby Q® (Q1000N) Gas Barbecue is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or modify any aspect of these terms and conditions in the event of an error or oversight. Such amendments will be made in good faith and with the intention of rectifying any inaccuracies. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes, and reasonable efforts will be made to ensure fairness throughout the Promotion.

17. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.

18. Entry is open to entrants who have signed a new building contract in the Promotion period for a steel structured Specialised Structure building in New Zealand only and entrants must be resident in New Zealand.

19. Employees of the Specialised Structures licensee network and Fitzgerald Construction Limited companies are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

20. The Shape of the Weber Q is a Registered Trademark. 

21. The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion, and to advise details of further Promotions by mail, email, or texts. You will always be given the right to opt out of receiving further communications. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify an entrant from entering this competition. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter at the address specified in this clause. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information. Entrants may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email tasman@specialisedstructures.co.nz.

22. Personal information provided by an entrant in connection with the Promotion will be collected and used as provided in, and in accordance with, our Privacy Policy, which can be found at  www.fclnelson.co.nz/privacy-policy
